Numerous studies have shown a positive correlation between an active pregnancy and the baby's overall health. Whether you're planning to start a family in a year, pregnant, or postpartum your needs will be meet. Tamara offers luxury training for the modern fit mama in the comfort of your home!

  • Diastasis Recti examination
  • Client profile created

  • Custom training focused on rebuilding the core, posture, strength, and toning.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE

If you're tired of the traditional gym workouts where you rarely break a sweat and don't move at all this program is just for you! Designed to have your heart in your throat, legs, arms, core, and muscles you didn't know you have burning! Training with Tamara will help you reach peak performance levels!

BRING THE SPEED:

Speed is imperative for all sports! If your goal is to improve your speed endurance and overall physique you're in the right place. As a former All-American Sprinter Tamara can teach you a thing or two about POWER, EXPLOSION and STRENGTH, translating it into speed. These sessions focus on technique/form, speed, plyometrics, and agility.
